Atlas Commercial Supply accepts returns on eligible products purchased through our website. We are committed to providing high-quality commercial hand dryers and restroom equipment and will work with customers to resolve any issues with their order.
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• The item is unused and uninstalled
• The product is in original packaging
• All components, manuals, and accessories are included
• The product is in resalable condition
Items that have been installed, used, or modified may not be eligible for return.
Certain specialty items, custom orders, or bulk commercial orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Before returning a product, customers must first request a Return Authorization.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is safely returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
There will be a 25% - 30% restocking fee for returned items depending on the manufacturer.
We do not charge restocking fees on damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

• photos of the damaged product
• photos of the shipping packaging
Our support team will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved and processed.
Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process outlined above.
